Background To mark World Patient Safety Day 2025 in Cambodia, WHO will produce a 2–3 minute video under the theme "Safe Care for Every Newborn and Every Child."  Following the developed script, the contractor is expected to produce a collection of B-roll footage and interviews with three featured profiles for a documentary-style video highlighting Cambodia’s progress in Early Essential Newborn Care. Editing will be handled separately by the in-house team.  Purpose of the Assignment The goal of this assignment is to capture a collection of B-roll footage and interviews featuring three profiles for World Patient Safety Day 2025 in Cambodia.
