The overall objective of this project is for the selected firm to assess the maritime law enforcement capacity and capability of Caribbean States, identify gaps and vulnerabilities, and provide a path towards improvement. To achieve this, INTERPOL seeks a firm to design and deliver a program that will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each State's maritime law enforcement process, transfer new knowledge and skills, and help them improve their capacity and capability. The program should be tailored to each State's national context while maintaining consistency in criteria to provide a regional picture of maritime security strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.
