Please send the technical proposal along with Annexes A, B, C, D, F & H in the first email under the subject “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL-Bid reference-Company name”. Please send a second email containing the financial proposal only including forms E and Financial Proposal Form under the subject “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL-Bid reference-Company name”. Combining or misplacement of proposals i.e. financial documents in technical envelope or technical documents in financial envelope may lead to the rejection of the proposal. All WHO vendors are required to comply with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct.
