The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) requires provision of promotional items for the projects` implementation needs. With an aim to achieve the cost and time savings, the OSCE SPU is seeking reputable, highly qualified and experienced Contractor for the provision of promotional items in a cost effective and customer-oriented manner. The OSCE SPU intends to conclude the contract for a period of three (3) years, with the possibility of extension up to five (5) years. Throughout the term of the contract the OSCE SPU does not guarantee any minimum level of business. Any orders placed against the contract shall be on an “as and when required” basis.
