Request for Proposal (RFP)For Purchase, Installation, Configuration of Tally Prime Glod Accounting Software for multi-user accounting operations in FMOH, HDP, and EpilabRFP Ref#: UNDP-SDN-00447 UNDP Country Office Sudan (UNDP) is an interim Principal Recipient (PR) for the Tuberculosis (TB) and HIV grants, funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GF), implemented on the behalf of the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH), Sudan. Under the grant, UNDP has contracted Subrecipients (SR) FMOH, Association of Public Health Research (Epi Lab) and Health Development Program (HDP), to whom funds are disbursed to implement grant activities, followed with programmatic and financial reporting. As part of the effort to improve the financial reporting capacity of the three SRs, UNDP proposes to purchase and install a TallyPrime Gold accounting software for the three organizations: FMOH, HDP, and Epilab. The project shall include the procurement of new software licenses or upgrading existing software licenses; configuration of the software to meet specific financial recording and reporting requirements; Cloud-based server hosting and remote access; Training for users; Data migration from any existing system; and remote and in-country technical support. The overall goal is to enhance financial management, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and secure cloud access for all three organizations. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
