The objective of this project is to enhance security through automated access control systems improving the functional quality of the main entrance of students through maintenance and shading. Security components: 1. Turnstile entrances. 2. Vehicle access (cross arm). 3. Access control and network integration. Civil works: 1. Painting and finishing: Applying high-quality, weather-resistant paint to the entrance gates, walls, and any existing metalwork. 2. Shading shed installation: Design and installation of a permanent shading structure (canopy) over the pedestrian turnstile area. Electrical and networking: Execute all related work for the installation of a system for security and operational processes. Testing and commissioning: Full functional test of all electronic components is mandatory. We emphasize that the work items related to the reinforced concrete include both concrete and reinforcement steel and unit prices should be calculated accordingly.
