The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) – Sudan Country Office invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of Soap 24 months extendable. In order to support its operations, UNICEF is seeking reputable and duly registered suppliers to participate in this solicitation. Interested suppliers are requested to obtain the tender documents by sending a request to [email protected], copying [email protected]. Proposals must be submitted by email in accordance with the instructions outlined in the solicitation document. All proposals will be evaluated strictly in line with the requirements specified. Bid submission deadline: 04 May 2026 at 13:00 hrs (Sudan local time) Last date for queries: 28 April 2026 Bids must be submitted through the secured email address: [email protected]. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. Please note the following: UNICEF does not engage with suppliers who are non-compliant with national labor laws and regulations or who do not adhere to ethical standards related to child labor and landmines. UNICEF payment terms are after delivery. Preference will be given to suppliers with relevant prior experience. UNICEF may conduct site visits to suppliers who meet the minimum requirements before final consideration.
