The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking a qualified NGO or INGO to implement a project aimed at creating immediate decent job opportunities for Syrian women and men through employment-intensive green infrastructure works in the agriculture sector in Aleppo, Syria. The project focuses on rehabilitating agricultural roads, maintaining irrigation channels, restoring local markets, and raising awareness among farmers on sustainable irrigation and marketing practices. The project will be implemented from 01 June to 30 December 2025 and will engage approximately 150 workers and benefit 50 local farmers, ensuring gender inclusion and participation of persons with disabilities. Interested and eligible organizations are invited to submit Technical and Financial Proposals in line with the Terms of Reference (ToR).
