Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will conduct a comprehensive technical review of the existing draft Training Manuals on Dispute Resolution for Domestic Workers and Labour Laws for Domestic Workers in Tanzania (English and Swahili). This will include verifying the technical accuracy, structure, and coherence of each section, ensuring integration of relevant national Laws, Rules, and Regulations as well as applicable ILO Conventions and guidance, using a gender-responsive and rights-based approach. The consultant will also incorporate inputs from ILO tripartite partners, relevant stakeholders, and the ILO technical team to produce revised and finalized manuals. Final deliverables will be the technically reviewed and cleared versions of both manuals (English and Swahili), ready for formatting, editing, and printing under ILO branding and approval.
