Call for partnerships – Re-advertisement - United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) seeks a not-for-profit implementation partner with experience in Cusco region, Peru,  to implement a project of sustainable development in rural areas in Cusco, e.g. biodiversity conservation, climate change adaptation, in-situ conservation of agrobiodiversity. The project aims to provide comprehensive technical and operational support for the effective and sustainable implementation in the districts of Marcapata, Lares, and Lamay in the Cusco region; strengthen enabling conditions and subnational and local capacities to foster the in-situ conservation and the sustainable use of globally significant agrobiodiversity in the Cusco region. Estimated start of activities: End September 2026. Financial proposals allowed up to USD300,000. Closing date: 6 Sept 2026, 6PM Lima time  This Call for partnership (CFP 341) is a revision of CFP 236 published on UNGM notice 303059 which was unsuccessful https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/303059. This CFP has been reduced in both scope and Budget. The Call for partnership (CFP) consists of this cover page and the attached Base document Form 7-20 including four annexes Annex 1 : TOR Annex 2: UNESCO Partner Identification Form (to be filled out) Annex 3: Budget Financial Proposal (Template) Annex 4: Implementation Partners’ Agreement (for information). Offerors are requested to acknowledge the receipt of this CFP and to indicate whether will be submitting a proposal. For this purpose, and for any requests for clarification, please contact [email protected]. Deadline for clarification requests: Partners are requested to submit any requests for clarification by 25 August 2026.  UNESCO reserves the right, at its discretion, to consider requests received after this date where they concern material ambiguities or issues that may affect the fairness or integrity of the solicitation. UNESCO does not require any fees to participate in this Call.
