The purpose of the online and offline social listening is to explore and understand the potential barriers, drivers of attitudes and behaviours of the refugees who fled Ukraine as well as attitudes of hosting communities and other stakeholders in Poland. The primary audience that will utilize the regular data will be UNICEF Refugee Response Office in Poland, in liaison with national counterparts and actors through the working groups and municipalities’ partnerships, that will use the findings to guide and inform the Response. The online and offline social listening will cover the geographic regions of Poland with bigger presence of refugees.
