TIMELINE The WHO Team will respond in writing (via email only) to any request for clarification of the RFP that it receives till 23 October 2025 at [email protected]  A consolidated document of WHO's response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the RFP. Proposals must be sent in two sealed envelopes to WHO office, in two distinct parts: Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal as specified in section 3 of the RFP/PAK/WHO/PROC/2025/054 no later than 30 October 2025, 16:00 hours, (Pakistan) time. Please follow the instructions provided in the RFP document for the submission of your proposal in section 3.
