Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.Scope of Services The assignment aims to design and implement a national awareness campaign to promote the phase-out of HCFCs and the adoption of ozone-friendly (ODS-free) air-conditioners in Malaysia. The selected agency will develop a comprehensive communication strategy, conduct baseline perception assessments, and deliver multi-platform campaigns—both online and offline—with a focus on behaviour change communication. Activities include content production, influencer and stakeholder engagement, and targeted outreach across all regions, including Sabah and Sarawak. All materials will be developed in Bahasa Malaysia and English, aligned with DOE and UNDP branding guidelines, and cleared prior to release. The contractor will provide regular monitoring updates, monthly performance dashboards, and post-campaign impact reports to evaluate reach, engagement, and awareness outcomes.UNDP Malaysia Country Office Procurement Unit
