The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is committed to strengthening the mental health and psychosocial support capacities of its staff counsellors. As part of this effort, a specialized training on the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) has been approved. This training should be designed to enhance the ability of counsellors to assess and manage suicidal risk using a structured, evidence-based, and collaborative approach.
