Only companies can apply.Provision of a Media Distribution and Analytics Subscription ServiceThe United Nations Volunteers requires a media distribution and analytics subscription service with a global reach. This service will enable the organization to effectively distribute up to 20 press communications per month, track media coverage, and analyze the performance of its corporate social media channels and website. The service should provide access to a database of over 80,000 journalist contacts from all geographic regions and covering the six UN languages, ensuring broad media reach and engagement.Context of the Required Contracting of ServicesThe selected service provider will deliver a media distribution and analytics solution that allows efficient dissemination of press releases, provides real-time media monitoring, and offers monthly analytical reports on the organizations communication efforts across digital platforms. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
