United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)’s Reforms and Innovation in Government for High Performance Project (the ‘Project’) is providing support to the federal government in key reform initiatives. The reform agenda is anchored in various themes including performance management, evidence-based policy planning, and strengthening governance and institutional capacity of public sector.  The project’s strategy is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF), UNDP Strategic Plan’s signature solution (governance) and UNDP Country Programme Document’s relevant output 1.1: Open, agile, accountable, and future-ready governance institutions and systems in place to co-create and deliver solutions to accelerate transparent and equitable service delivery and SDG achievement.  The objective of this assignment is to provide high-level strategic advisory support to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and Chief Minister’s Office of Punjab and support selected federal ministries and provincial departments to ensure the successful development, refinement, and delivery of the Prime Minister’s economic roadmap and provincial reforms roadmaps.
