The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Event Planning Services for the WHO Athens Quality of Care and Patient Safety Office which address the following objectives: A.Pre-Event Planning Develop a comprehensive event concept (mock-up) that aligns with WHO’s projects and objectives. Design and produce branding materials, including banners, scenery-backdrop, and posters. Prepare an event timeline and production schedule to ensure smooth execution. Identify and secure a suitable venue that meets WHO’s logistical and technical requirements. Define event requirements, such as catering, audiovisual (A/V) support, and interpretation services. B.Event Execution Oversee event set-up and decoration, ensuring that WHO branding, and displays are prominently featured. Coordinate with the WHO Communications Team to maintain consistent branding across all materials and presentations. Manage event logistics and liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Ensure smooth event flow. Provide on-site management and coordination, acting as the key point of contact for all logistical needs. Post-event activities   Provide post-event report/feedback detailing the event’s outcomes, challenges faced and recommendations for future events. All correspondence exchanged between WHO and the potential Bidder(s) in relation to this solicitation process shall be in the English language. WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
