The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced companies to provide operational support services at its headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand. The required services include the provision of personnel, relevant equipment, and tools necessary to support ESCAP operations in the following areas: 1. Conference Management Services: Conference Technology Assistant 2. General Services: Logistics Assistant 3. Host Country Related Services: Visa and Tax Privileges Processing Assistant Location: United Nations Building, Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok, Thailand Contract Duration: The initial contract period will be for three (3) years, with the possibility of two (2) extension options of two (2) years each. Please note that any contract extension will be at the sole discretion of ESCAP and subject to contractor's satisfactory performance, availability of budgetary resources, and evolving operational requirements of the organization.
