WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the  LTA Car Rental Services for WHO Country Office, Papua New Guinea to effectively provide high standard and safe car hire services (wet hire) to the World Health Organization Representative Office in Papua New Guinea for various transport needs (official field missions) in Port Moresby and all provinces. This requirement will lead to Long-Term Agreements (LTA).
