Vendors MUST enclose the following mandatory documents Evidence of UNGM registration (Registration Number). (i) Acceptance on UNRWA General Conditions of Contract. (ii) Valid bank account details in the name of the responded company. (iii) Valid and updated trade licenses from country of business registration (2024) as follows: a. Chamber of commerce Certificate b. Commercial record certificate c. Valid Government Classification certificate, where only contractors and companies who hold a governmental classification certificate under fourth classification degree under Building works and above will be considered. d. Registration with contractors/engineer syndicate e. This Tender is addressed only to the service providers working inside Syria (Local suppliers) or for overseas companies that have a representative inside Syria. (iv) Bidders are asked to provide mandatory bid bond amount of USD 650.00 or SYP 8,840,000.00
