Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Consultant will revise and update the PAWU-Gender Policy and the MCTU-Gender Action Plan to align them to principles of ILO C190 and Malawi’s national policies and frameworks on Gender. The MCTU Gender Action Plan will outline specific strategies, activities, resources, and indicators to mainstream gender in all unions; and the PAWU-Gender Policy will incorporate changes and align with provisions of ILO labour standards on gender equality and non-discrimination such as C100, C111, C183, C156 and C190 on Elimination of Violence and Harassment in the World of Work, and reflect the intersectionality between gender equality and discrimination, violence and harassment and sexual harassment, and promote the acceleration of the inclusion of women within PAWU’s roles and activities.
