Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Promoting Workers’ Rights and Gender Equality at Work in Africa – Phase II project is a regional Project being implemented in Ethiopia, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, and Ghana. The project aims to expand knowledge and capacity-building efforts for constituents, and to strengthen their capacities to promote workers' rights, gender equality, and non-discrimination, thereby contributing to social justice and decent work for all. The Malawi Component is focussing on strengthening constituents’ capacities to develop measures to enhance gender equality at work, such as model workplace policies and tools to prevent and address violence and harassment at work in agricultural sector. The goal is to ensure that workers benefit from strengthened protection of their rights, including the right to organize and to be free from violence and harassment at work, and workers with family responsibilities benefit from enhanced equality, maternity protection, childcare leave and services
