UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a qualified National IT firm to develop National Registry for Emission Allowances & Carbon Credits in Viet Nam for the Project "Planning of national marine space for ocean sustainability and climate change response in Viet Nam".Duty Station: Ha Noi, Viet NamDuration: December 2025 – April 2026The main objective is to complete connection among systems in ETS and carbon credits including MAE/DCC, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and international entities, ensuring seamless integration with domestic and international platforms, and enhancing transparency for stakeholders. This will prepare the system for the official launch of the domestic carbon market and joining international markets, enabling Vietnam to track emission allowances and carbon credits in a transparent and secure manner. Women-owned firms/organizations are ecouraged to bid.
