WHO Ukraine is currently looking to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of Critical Care Transfers (CCT) for medical evacuation in Ukraine. The prospected service provider is expected to provide a 24-hour / 7 days a week service, streamlining, coordinating and distributing patient transfer requests amongst health sector partners. The services includes specialist neonatal, paediatric, adult basic care (ICU1), high dependency (ICU2), and intensive care patients (ICU3) transfers, requiring analgesia-sedation and mechanical ventilation. The provider must guarantee at least one on-call ambulance at all times and must have access to logistical routes into neighbouring countries, as well as staff with training capabilities. At this stage, WHO Ukraine is looking at the market on potential providers that can satisfy minimum requirements.
