Submission of questions Proposers are kindly requested to submit any questions related to this LRPS, to [email protected],  by no later than 25th February 2025. Please note that the deadline for submitting questions indicated on the LRPS form should be disregarded. Submission of Technical and Financial Bids EMAILED Technical and Financial Bids must be sent exclusively to: [email protected]; both in a non-editable format (i.e. PDF) duly signed and dated. Email Subject Line Instructions Each e-mail should clearly indicate the tender reference (LRPS-PS-2025-9195343) and "Technical Proposal" or "Financial Proposal" in the subject line. Separate Submission of Financial Proposal The Financial Proposal must be submitted in an email separate from the rest of the proposal. Prices or rates shall not appear in any other part of the technical proposal. Submission Deadline Properly emailed offers shall be received by UNICEF Maputo - Mozambique, until 23h59 PM (Maputo Local Time) on March 02nd, 2025. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.
