In preparation of anticipated typhoon response in Bicol Region, Philippines IOM seeks to invite interested and eligible bidders for the provision of trucking services to transport and deliver humanitarian aid to the affected population within the region. Bidders are strongly encouraged to read the RFQ document thoroughly and ensure that all requested document and details are provided. Bidders will be awarded based on the lowest cost, technically compliant bid and all bids should be sent to [email protected] (Bids received via any other channel will not be considered). For easy reference, bidders are requested to indicate the RFQ reference number “LTA_LEG_001” in the subject line of their response. All bids should be submitted on or before the deadline, as late submission will not be considered. Vendors with business premises/area based in the Bicol region will be prioritised.
