SCOPE OF TENDERUNDP is aiming at recruiting an Engineering  firm  with the relevant background in engineering designs for HVAC systems within BSL-3 laboratories to supervise the entire HVAC system implementation process, starting from design and extending to full installation and operational testing. Additionally, the Engineering  firm will validate each implementation stage before progression to the subsequent phase. S/He will meticulously review the designs and ongoing work on-site to ensure that progress aligns with the final commissioning objectives. Ultimately, the  firm will guarantee that the entire system complies with WHO guidelines and relevant national/ international standards, such as NSF/ANSI 49/EN 12469 for a BSL3 laboratory, prior to handing it over to the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MOHCC) for commissioning.
