Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant with expertise in data migration and MIS implementation will support the smooth transition from the legacy system to the new MIS, minimizing disruptions and ensuring data integrity. Main tasks include: - Providing a diagnostic of the readiness for migration to new OpenIMIS - Perform security testing and remedial actions - Developing a detailed data and software migration plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. - Overseeing the data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to new database system - Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process. - Preparing and assisting GoLive to new OpenIMIS system - Coordinating with internal SSF staff, developers and other stakeholders. - Conducting post-migration reviews and addressing any issues that arise.
