The World Health Organization (WHO) requests vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for eligible, qualified, and experienced service providers of air transportation within Sudan. Interested vendors are required to complete their basic registration at the United Nations Global Marketplace prior to participation in this Request for EOI. Upon registration, vendors wishing to meet the specified requirements should express their interest by submitting the documents requested in Section 3, Points 1 and 2, of the EOI, fully completed, along with all supporting documentation as outlined in Section 2 of the EOI. This documentation must be sent, together with their Expression of Interest, to the email address ([email protected]) no later than 25 November 2024 at 23:59, Sudan time. Submitted Expressions of Interest should exclude pricing information. The WHO intends to invite selected vendors to partake in a formal solicitation process through a Request for Proposals (RFP) at a subsequent stage for the aforementioned requirements. Comprehensive details of the requirements will be provided in the solicitation documents.
