The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Nigeria wishes to engage qualified vendors in Ogoja for the Drilling and Installation of Boreholes, Construction of Overhead Water Tanks, Pumping Systems, and Reticulation Works in Adagom and Nduk Zaria, Cross River & Benue States. Explanation on the Terms of Reference (ToR) and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) This Invitation to Bid (ITB) covers three (3) distinct Terms of Reference (ToR) and a total of four (4) Bills of Quantities (BoQs). Each ToR is linked to its corresponding BoQ(s), and bidders are required to carefully review and respond to each specific ToR and its associated BoQ(s). Bidders are required to download all three (3) Terms of Reference and the corresponding four (4) BoQs from the Technical offer Content Section. Each bidder must ensure that their submission includes complete and separate technical and financial responses for each ToR/BoQ they are bidding for. Failure to submit the correct ToR–BoQ combinations may result in the bid being deemed non-compliant. Please note that the physical site visit is mandatory.
