Detailed Terms of Reference document in English is attached as well.   Submission process:   Proposals must be submitted in a non-editable format (i.e. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRPS-2025-9195880, and dispatched to arrive NO LATER than March 03, 2025, 18:00 Ashgabat time.   PLEASE NOTE: The email should not exceed 10MB.
