The United United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation vendors for the Provision of brokerage Services for office Space in Washington DC, North America. The selected broker will be responsible for: • Identifying suitable office and storage space at fair market value, aligned with the organization’s requirements. • Negotiating lease terms within the Washington Metropolitan Area to secure the best possible conditions. • Reviewing and evaluating operating expenses and real estate tax increases annually for the duration of the lease. Interested firms are encouraged to submit their EOI in accordance with guidelines provided in this REOI.
