The Consultant will support workers' unions in implementing and managing Migrant Worker Help Desks by: Consulting with partner unions on the priority from technical assistance Reviewing and strengthening the existing support services, including legal assistance, information, education, and training for migrant workers with a focus on tools, manuals and awareness materials Conducting training sessions on labour rights, trade union membership, collective bargaining, and safe migration including reviewing the exiting pre-departure orientation briefings. Linking union with chambers of commerce / national employment centres for better access to information and services to assist migrant workers with local livelihoods and community reintegration upon return
