This call for tenders concerns the provision of a a comprehensive study aimed at improving Leg 2/transport operations and transport capacities within regional mail transport networks. The study’s primary focus is to improve international transport so as to rebuild postal volumes, with a focus on EMS as an important express postal product; enhance e-commerce; streamline processes; and foster collaboration among stakeholders, to achieve more efficient and cost-effective operations.
