EN FRANCAIS L'Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des expressions d'intérêt pour un appel d'offres qu'il a l'intention de lancer prochainement pour les prestations des travaux d’arboriculture ornementale et expertises des arbres dans les Parcs et Jardins du Palais des Nations et ses annexes. Ces prestations comprennent (mais sans s’y restreindre) : - Lot n°1 : les travaux d’arboriculture ornementale, comprenant élagage, haubanage, abattage, essouchement, gestion des déchets de taille, remise en état des lieux après les travaux d’arboriculture et nettoyage. Lot n°2 : Le diagnostic de l’état sanitaire et mécanique des arbres : analyses visuelles, examens complémentaires, rapports d’expertises, établissement de programmes de travail ; la surveillance de chantier et soins aux arbres lors de travaux à proximité des arbres . Les objectifs du présent appel d’offres sont les suivants : - Gestion et préservation du patrimoine arboré. - Mise en sécurité du parc. - Préservation de la qualité paysagère du site. Les soumissionnaires sont tenus de soumettre une offre couvrant l’ensemble des prestations. Le but est d'établir un contrat d’une durée initiale de trois (3) ans avec possibilité d’une durée de prolongation, sous réserve de l’exécution satisfaisante du contrat par le Contractant et de la disponibilité des budgets de l’ONUG, d’une (1) période supplémentaire et consécutive de deux (2) ans maximum (3+2). Seules les entreprises considérées comme qualifiées par l'ONUG pour fournir ces services seront invitées à l'appel d'offres. These services include (but are not limited to): - Lot n°1 : ornamental arboriculture work, including pruning, bracing, felling, grubbing, management of pruning waste, restoration of the site after arboriculture work and cleaning. Lot n°2: Diagnosis of the health and mechanical condition of trees: visual analyses, additional examinations, expert reports, drawing up of work schedules; site supervision and tree care during work close to trees. The objectives of this call for tenders are as follows: - Management and preservation of the tree heritage. - Secure the park. - Preserve the landscape quality of the site. Tenderers are required to submit a bid covering all services. The purpose is to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension, subject to satisfactory performance of the contract by the Contractor and the availability of UNOG budgets, of one (1) additional and consecutive period of up to two (2) years (3+2).
