You are kindly invited to participate in UNHCR RFP 1464 for the establishment of a 2-year frame agreement for the provision of inbound and outbound telemarketing services. Please find attached the terms of reference on the requirements.   The complete tender package is available only on the UNHCR supplier portal , and the bids are to be submitted ONLY directly to the portal. Please do NOT address or copy your offer to other UNHCR e-mail addresses or individuals.  In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using this registration link Supplier Registration (oraclecloud.com) and follow the instruction in guides available in the UNHCR website: How to become a supplier | UNHCR and in the User Guide.  Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember your password or username from previous registration (see User Guide slide 36). Should you require further clarification, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.  To submit you offer after registration, please search for the negotiation using the reference number 1464 (see User Guide 39) and prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures as set out in this RFP and submit it by the deadline for submission of proposals set out in this document and via the supplier portal. We strongly recommend submitting your offer in advance to avoid any potential technical issues that could prevent submission on the final day. You can raise any question via the online portal until the 17th of July (23:59 pm) and you need to submit your technical and financial offer by the 30th of July (17:00 pm).
