SCOPE OF TENDER: To scope and develop an investment proposal that both builds, refines and trials the mechanism of the PPF and leads to the submission for a preparatory grant to develop a more comprehensive programme on climate resilience and mitigation. This consultancy will facilitate in-country discussion,  review existing project preparation processes, national goals and establish the strategic role of  the PPF in enabling sustainable finance. The consultancy will formulate the processes and first trial of the project preparation facility. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
