RFQ-2026-04 Recruitment of Lead HIV Program Consultant to support the development of Côte d’Ivoire’s grant application to the GC8. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for UNAIDS to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide coordination and technical support to the team responsible for developing the new funding application for the GC8 grant. The provider shall be a public institution, company, individual or NGO operating in the field of public health with proven expertise In the preparation of grant applications to the Global Fund. The proposal and all correspondences and documents relating thereto shall be prepared and submitted in the French language. Côte d'Ivoire has decided to request high-level technical assistance from the UNAIDS Country Office to help it prepare a high-quality grant application for the GC8 grant cycle. Given the relatively urgent nature of this request from the country, which wishes to submit its application during the first window (June 8, 2026), UNAIDS is seeking a high-level consultant who has a good understanding of the context of HIV response and health system in Côte d'Ivoire and Global Fund procedures and who is immediately available. The work is to be carried out primarily in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, for a maximum of 40 days. Planned timelines-start date: 20/04/2026; end date: 30/07/2026 (with the grant submission date of 08/06/2026).
