1)Offers must be Submitted via the UNICEF e-submission portal accessible via www.ungm.org not later than 15 Feb 2025 at 11:00 PM Yemen Time. Special notes: 2) This tender is applicable only for local suppliers registered in Yemen. 3) Only authorized agents/dealers are invited to this tender therefore bidder must submit all related supporting documents along with offer 4) All goods quoted must be authentic and genuine. Bidder must not supply any goods that are counterfeit, imitation, or otherwise non-genuine. In the event that any non-genuine goods are supplied, UNICEF shall have the right to reject such goods and seek appropriate remedies. 5) Commercial offer for items should include all accompanied costs of (supplies, handling fee, packing, etc. and DDP delivery duty paid at Yemen Sana'a) 6)Supplier must fill out the attached Annex B for the required information. 7)The completed and signed Bid Form must be submitted together with the Bid. The Bid Form must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the Organization/Company 8)Quotation form must be completed, signed and returned to UNICEF and submitted with the soft excel sheet. 9)Valid trade license, Zakat and tax ID/clearance must be provided with submitting documents. 10)All items must be registered in Yemen medicines authority (Valid registration certificate is required) 11)Data sheet/product information for each item must be provided for technical evaluation and no stamp on these sheets please. 12) Samples will be requested in further stage
