The WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific (WPRO) is working with countries to strengthen their capacities to gather rapid risk perceptions before, during and after a health emergency to help improve risk communication strategies, messaging and content development. A workshop will be held in April 2025 to train participants on the design and utilization of rapid research methodologies during emergencies. The team is seeking a vendor to run 18 rapid survey polls (10 questions per survey), recruit 200 respondents per survey and generate data within 48 hours. Moreover, the results should be presented in a visually attractive format for easy utilization. The vendor will produce training materials and provide one person to be a virtual co-trainer to introduce and carry out 18 surveys on 23 April and present the results on 29 April.
