UNICEF Supply Division is planning a solicitation to establish Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) for the supply of diagnostic instruments. Please refer to the UNICEF Supply Division site, UNICEF Technical Requirements for Medical Devices, which outlines the standards that suppliers must comply with and that products must meet, in accordance with UNICEF’s Quality Assurance (QA) Policy for procurement and supply. The list of products to be included in the diagnostic instrument tender: - Clinical waterproof thermometer - Clinical non-contact infrared thermometer - Aneroid sphygmomanometer including set of 5 different sized cuffs - Automated sphygmomanometer including set of 5 different sized cuffs - Stethoscope, binaural - Stethoscope, neonatal - Stethoscope, foetal, Pinard - Wooden tongue depressor, box of 100 pieces - Tourniquet, including buckle - Laryngoscope, with 2 straight Miller blades (No. 0, 1) and 3 curved MacIntosh blades (No.2, 3,4) - Otoscope, including specula Targeted Suppliers This REoI is intended for suppliers and manufacturers with expertise in the sourcing, manufacturing, and supply of diagnostic instruments for UNICEF Warehouse Replenishment and Direct Distribution to UNICEF Programmes in Developing Countries. Only suppliers and manufacturers with a Quality Management System in conformity with at least one of the following standards are invited to express interest:        ISO 9001:2015 ISO 13485:2016+A11:2021 To be considered for the planned tender it is preferable, but not a requirement for potential suppliers to have a website providing access to the product information. Only products with at least one of the following pre-market approvals / market clearances will be considered in the planned solicitation exercise: (a)   European Union: Regulatory agency in the European countries; (b)   USA: Food and Drug Administration (FDA); (c)   Canada: Health Canada; (d)   Japan: Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA); (e)   Australia: Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Expression of Interest received will be screened based on the information provided. Only suppliers selected after the screening process will be invited to the tender. Procedure for submission of EoI: Companies, that have experience with such products and are interested in being considered for the tender should express interest by completing this web form by 30 April 2025, 23:59 (Copenhagen time). Please note: This is NOT an invitation to submit a quotation. Do not send your prices or your products’ specifications at this stage; This REoI does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EoI does not automatically guarantee receipt of the solicitation document when issued; UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final solicitation document; Questions about conformity of the supplier’s products will not be answered; UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REoI and/or solicitation process.
