The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations specialized agency for digital technologies (ICTs), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the Development and Implementation of ITU’s New Unified Digital Engagement Platform. The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify suppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to deliver the required services. Eligible suppliers will be invited to participate in the bidding process for the proposed tender. If your company is interested in being considered, please submit your EOI by Tuesday, 16 September 2025, at 14:00 (Geneva time). The EOI is published on United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org), the global procurement portal of the United Nations. All further communications and other important notices, if any, will be made through this portal. Vendors must be aware that it is therefore mandatory to be registered with UNGM (at least at the Basic registration level) see link https://www.ungm.org/Vendor/Registration.
