Call for Expression of Interest: National Consultant A National Consultant for the Development of Global Accelerator Roadmap for Jobs and Social Protection in Nepal together with coordinating the process  Project Title Global Accelerator on Jobs and Social Protection for Just Transitions (GA-JSP) Purpose To support in designing and implementing the Global Accelerator framework in collaboration with the National Planning Commission in Nepal, particularly to support the development of the GA Roadmap and its components. Work Duration                                               Total 105 workdays from 15 April to 31 November 2025 Deadline for Submission 24 March 2025 The ILO Country Office for Nepal is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified individual consultant to support the development of the Global Accelerator (GA) Roadmap, aimed at accelerating the creation of decent jobs and the extension of social protection in Nepal. Candidates intending to submit an expression of interest must provide the following information/documents: A description of how the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience are relevant to the required qualifications of this assignment. A list of previous studies or analyses conducted that are relevant to the context and subject matter of this assignment. A statement confirming the availability of the candidate to conduct this assignment and the daily professional fees. (The cost of travel and DSA for fieldwork within the scope of this assignment, as deemed necessary, will be provided by the ILO as per its rules and regulations.) A copy of the candidate’s CV. Two recent reports or analyses authored as a team leader or team member as per the application. A statement confirming that the candidate had no previous involvement in the implementation of the project to be reviewed or has no personal relationship with any of the ILO officials engaged in the project. The names of two referees (including email addresses) who managed the studies or analyses mentioned in point #2 above.
