The purpose of this SRFP from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is to invite qualified suppliers to submit a proposal (hereafter also referred to as offer/bid) to UNHCR Regional Office in Nairobi, Kenya, for the Provision of Consultancy Services for integrated creative campaign and event management, as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference (TORs) attached as Annex A of this document.
