Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Monitoring and Evaluation System review for the project start-up phase : Realizing trade gain free from gender discrimination and child labour (RealGains) follows the ILO’s Guidance Note 1.3: Procedure and Tools for Evaluability, JUNE 2020 V. 2 (V.1 – 2013) The Monitoring and Evaluation system is part of the evaluability review (ER) that will focus on developing and improving the project’s M&E plan and systems in the light of implementation realities; and to recommend changes in the ToC and results framework to make the project evaluable. The chosen consultant will collect from the project team the relevant documentation and will conduct a preliminary stock-taking of the M&E plan, system and activities to date, as well as develop and verify the coherence of the project’s Theory of Change, logical framework, and alignment with ILO P&B outcomes and the Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy evaluation indicators. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
