The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is marking its 75th anniversary in 2025. Established on 23 March 1950, WMO is the United Nations’ specialized agency for weather, climate, and water. It has played a pivotal role in coordinating international efforts to advance Earth system science and enhance global resilience to natural hazards. To celebrate this milestone, WMO is implementing a communication Campaign to highlight its historical achievements, scientific contributions, and the vital services it provides to protect lives and support socio-economic development. To this end, WMO is seeking to engage the services of a qualified and experienced creative commercial entity/vendor (“the Contractor”) to produce a series of multi-media communication assets in support of the Campaign, as outlined below.
