Tendering Text: UNIDO invites qualified bidders to provide legal advisory services in support of the structuring of mechanisms for the receipt, interim holding, and disbursement of grant funds in Viet Nam under the project “Financing solutions for the decarbonization of the cement industry in Viet Nam”.
