WIPO is seeking preliminary information on the availability of potential companies that have the necessary expertise and capability to design, create, deploy, analyze and report on Customer Satisfaction and perception across multiple service areas and monitor the VoC. It also aims to understand the potential cost implications associated with such services. Participation in this RFI is not mandatory. Any prospective participant that declines to respond to this RFI will remain eligible to take part in any eventual sourcing process.
