The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) intends to engage the services of a qualified contractor in the successful completion and execution of the Reconfiguration and upgrading of Transport Workshops Building No.5. at UNTSO HQ compound in Jerusalem. The intent of the project shall be carried out as per the following: To provide comprehensive services reconfiguration and upgrading of Transport Workshops Building No.5. at UNTSO HQ, Jerusalem including all main architecture and engineering components [concept, detail schemes per zone/building by implementation stage. The Bidders are expected to: - Design and provide facilities, materials/items in compliance with local codes, rules, regulations, and ordinances standards. - All work, materials and supplies provided during the execution of this Contract will be in full compliance with the provision of local Laws and regulation. - All works will be executed in accordance with the relevant local standards and Codes of Practices. - In the case of any inconsistencies among the documents that will constitut the bid and/or the provisions of the agreement shall have precedence and thereafter its annexes in the order below: A. UNGCC B. Drawings C. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) D. Scope of Works (SOW) E. FIDIC – Conditions of contract for construction. Specific Requirements/Information Interested companies are expected to: 1. Be registered in UNGM at level 1 or above. 2. Accept UN Payment Terms (Net 30 days) from submission of invoice and certification by UNTSO.
