UNRWA seeks to engage a qualified contractor to provide hosting and technical support services for two items: 1- Lot 1 - UNRWA Website (https://www.unrwa.org), associated microsites, and any future web-based initiatives as required. 2- Lot 2 - UNRWA Donation Website (https://donate.unrwa.org) The contractor shall be responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and high-availability hosting services, as well as comprehensive technical support for the UNRWA website and related digital platforms. The scope of services shall include on-demand support outside normal business hours, in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
